The Give2Asia Tsunami Recovery Fund was established immediately after the December 2004 tsunami, which left over 100,000 people dead and many thousands more without homes, families, or jobs. Our donors moved quickly to support projects after the disaster. This report provides an overview on projects funded by Give2Asia and the impact of these projects on affected communities.

On October 8, 2005, a massive earthquake shook northern Pakistan killing more than 73,000 people, injuring some 70,000 and leaving 3.5 million homeless.In response to this crisis, Give2Asia created the Pakistan Earthquake Fund in collaboration with The Asia Foundation and Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy.
