I understand that Give2Asia Foundation has exclusive legal control over the assets donated. I understand that my advice regarding Give2Asia Foundation's use of my donation(s) is a non-binding recommendation and that the Give2Asia Foundation's Board of Directors makes all grant decisions in its sole and independent discretion. I certify that neither I nor any other individual will receive any goods, services or other private benefit from the grantee charitable organization(s). I understand that donations and grants recommended to Give2Asia Foundation will be administered by Give2Asia, a US-based 501(c)(3) public charity. I understand that Give2Asia Foundation and Give2Asia are related companies to facilitate international giving under the brand Give2Asia. I have read and agree to abide by Give2Asia’s policies and procedures as described in the Give2Asia website. My gift does not fulfill a pre-existing, legally enforceable pledge.
