Through Community Development Services (CDS), this project will train a minimum of 500 youths (aged 16-25) on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its 30 articles over a 12-month period.  These training workshops will be carried out in Sri Lanka's Western Province, and will cover the district of Colombo, with a focus on Kolonnawa and Maharagama, which are known to be political hot-spots with a diverse mix of ethnic groups.
