 This fund was established to raise funds for the Totoro no Furusato Forest Foundation (http://totoro.or.jp), established by Oscar winning film maker Hayao Miyazaki. This organization works to ensure the preservation of Sayama Forest, also known as Totoro Forest, from the threat of urban development.
