This fund supports efforts in Korea to increase support for unwed and single mothers, to decrease stigma and discrimination against unwed and single mothers, and to ensure that all Korean mothers can raise their children if they choose. 

Organizations funded include:

Korean Women Workers Association (KWWA)
KWWA was founded by various leaders of the democratic trade union movement in the 1970s in Seoul to improve women workers’ political, economic, and social status to build a true democracy and to bring about reunification of Korea. KWWA represents women workers’ voices, and fights for women’s equal status to men in Korea.

Ae Ran Won (ARW)
Ae Ran Won (ARW) works with the most vulnerable of unmarried mothers, young women who often come from abusive families, have poor social networks, and less education. They provide an array of services during pregnancy and post partum for both mothers who relinquish and mothers who keep their babies.

Korea Single Parent Family Support Network 
The Korea Single Parent Family Support Network is a nationwide network of ten representative organizations established in May 2004 that works to support single parent families throughout Korea. The Network's goal is to eliminate social prejudice against single parents so that they can be economically and emotionally independent. 

Korea Women's Association United (KWAU)  
KWAU was formed in 1987 by 21 progressive women's organization. Their mission is to realize gender equality, improve women's welfare, promote a democratic and reunified Korea, and improve the associations between women's movement groups.
